I have to register this week. My first shower is at the end of this month, and I've been getting calls reminding me to get my butt in gear. A friend, who happens to be fabulously stylish, gave me the following short list of her must-haves-for-hip-moms. What do you think? Anything you'd add or subtract?

get the puj, the sophie, and the cameleon. skip the bjorn and get an ergo and/or moby instead. and just get a cute bag with pockets that you love instead of a "diaper bag". that way you can carry it anywhere, anytime without it screaming DIAPER BAG :)

i would add natursutten orthodontic pacis and aden + anais muslin swaddlers. baby stuff is SO fun!

Skip the bjorn and get an ergo for sure! I love my moby but you can use the ergo for much much longer. Bella is 18 months and I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I am still able to wear her with that carrier.

I would also add a breastpump if you plan on breastfeeding, if no one buys it you can still use the completion coupon at the end to get extra money off.
