This isn't my first post about Emily Henderson. I love her. If you haven't, check out her blog. She gives great practical advice on styling rooms, and she's fun to read. Case in point: this playroom. The room is awesome, and reading about her creating the room is even more awesome. She's genius.

We are planning our summer camping trips. Before the arrival of little man, camping meant a no-joke hike with our bare necessities strapped to our back and a breathtaking view at the end of a tough climb. Now that we have a kiddo, it means  packing our car with the million necessary kid things and finding a site with easy access to a bathroom. It's still a fun time. I loved these pictures from Style Me Pretty Living. I'm ready to pitch a tent and snuggle around the campfire in the great outdoors.

I'm a fan of balance bikes in general, but the Early Rider bikes are at the top of my list. It's the flames. I can't help myself.

I find myself in the kitchen all the time now that we've moved to our new home. It's such a great space that I'm enjoying cooking more than I ever have. Little man wants to be right there with me, and he's finally old enough to help me. These pictures get me excited for many more years of gathering around the island preparing and sharing food as a family.

I spotted this room over at Hayneedle. It isn't easy to make a room work for a little boy and a little girl, but this one manages to get it just right. I love the bookcase.
