It was a ridiculously busy, mentally exhausting weekend at work. I need today to recover. All weekend, though, I was feeling this little guy doing a dance in my belly, and it made everything a little better. I forgot how much I loved this part of pregnancy. I'm looking forward to holding him in my arms, but in the meantime it's so precious to feel him inside of me.
Weekend Edition: Working It
Today I'm working. I hate working on the weekends. I miss my family time. Don't you wish working could look something like this: glamorous outfit, perfect hair, and all the kiddos by your side looking spiffy and perfectly behaved?
P.S. I think all moms are amazing: working moms, stay-at-home moms, step-moms, adopted moms. Whatever kind of mom you are, you have the toughest job in the world.
Nursery Inspiration: Brazil Style
We've been watching a lot of the World Cup matches at our house. I'm excited the US made it to the Knockout Stage, even if it was by goal differential. Since Brazil is where all the action takes place, today's post comes from Sao Paulo and a cute boy's room with an awesome brick feature wall:
Aspen, Colorado is gorgeous this time of the year, and it was so nice to have a mini-vacation. I have to admit, though, that the Food & Wine Classic isn't as much fun when you can't enjoy all that yummy wine. A little mountain inspiration for you:
I'm off to the mountains for a little break. I'll be back to blogging the middle of next week.

A Happy Loft
This might be the coolest use of an attic space I've ever seen. It has everything: sleeping space, play area, desk for studying. And it's all so bright and happy.
I adore MiniWilla posters. While I was trying to track down a stockist in the US, I discovered Sandra (one-half of the design duo team behind the brand) and her Instagram account. Hope you enjoy these shots of her family, her home, and her awesome products:
DIY Nesting Tables
For all you crafty people, this DIY project doesn't look too hard, and it's a big payoff in the end.
Swaddles as Art
These swaddle scarves from Coveted Things are soft enough to wrap up a newborn or pretty enough to frame and hang on the wall.
