I'm back. My absence from the blog is an indication of the kind of week I've had--BUSY. Little man's room was at the top of a very long to-do list. My awesome, handy, talented husband put in some serious hours this week while I supervised like only an overly picky pregnant wife can. It's coming along! I also spent some time on Pinterest looking at ideas for those all-important finishing touches, and I came across these images of painted corner houses. What do you think of this trend?

It's hard for me to narrow down my favorite things about this room. I love the wallpaper, the chair, the light, that gorgeous crib, the textiles, the layered rugs.

Books make the best wall art. This Ikea hack provides more storage for books, and it looks awesome.
