I could spend a lot of time in this kitchen cooking and eating with family. It's a great space. Love those pendants. Found here.

I love so many things about this space: the light fixture, the chalkboard paint, the wooden crib, the pillows, the artwork, the Kay Bojesen animals. I love it all. via here
I saw this picture on Sissy + Marley and swooned. Soft gray, white, and gold would make the perfect palette for a little girl's room. The wallpaper is divine and that chandelier adds just the right amount of sparkle. This inspiration is getting filed away just in case.
Monika from Splendid Willow posted pictures of her son William's room. She calls her style "edgy classic with a Swedish twist." Since I'm obsessed with Scandinavian design, it's no surprise that I love the end result. My favorite elements are the framed chalkboard wall, the sconces, and, of course, the teepee.
I'm not the most skilled DIYer, but this project looks oh-so-doable. One or more would look beautiful in a child's room. From Martha.
