I love everything about this Manhattan loft. I could move in today and not change a thing. I especially love how a corridor was turned into a playroom. That's a brilliant use of space. Additional pics found here.

Mint green and pink is the perfect combination for a little girl. Check out this room for more ideas:
I had a great weekend: beautiful weather, dinner parties with friends, and my marathon relay team finishing in 3:53:06 (9 minutes faster than our time last year). Woohoo! It's going to be a lovely week. I just know it. print via here
Have you seen the new website Mother? In addition to sharing great products, tips, and resources for moms and moms-to-be, the gorgeous site also publishes original features of stylish mamas around the country. My favorite so far is the feature on Lisa Mayock. I love her simple, neutral nursery. I have the same dresser in little man's room.
Vacation is over. Ugh. Let's pretend that it's not Monday and that we live in San Fran in this crazy gorgeous family home. This might be my favorite Lonny feature to date. And that says a lot.
Happy Friday! Fridays are awesome, but this one is even better than usual because it's the start of two weeks vacation for me. I'll be taking a break from the blog until it's over. I'm looking forward to some time in Paris (sans bébé) and some time on the beach (with our whole family). See you when we get back. via here
Little man got into our first choice for preschool. We looked at a lot of schools, and this was by far our favorite. I love everything about it: the philosophy, the high-quality teachers, the small classes, the curriculum, and the physical space. Thoughtful design can create a positive environment for learning, and it's evident in his soon-to-be classroom. I can't wait to start on this exciting education adventure with our kiddo. via here
If you need extra storage in your nursery, an armoire can come in handy. I love the idea of dressing up the inside with beautiful wallpaper or stenciled paint. Leave the doors open and make a statement.
Happy Monday! This room makes a big impact by mixing patterns and bold colors. Would you be brave enough to do something like this?
