Dwell Studio has beautiful canvas crib sheets if you want to skip the bumper but not the decorative element. I love how well the shape works with a modern crib. See an earlier post on bumper-free bedding.

Yesterday my little guy was sick. It was his first real fever, a temp of 103. He just wanted me to hold him, so we spent all day in my bed. He slept on my chest for most of it. It looks like today will be more of the same.  Knitted blanket via le souk Polka Dots 02/09/2012
